SUVI is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses streamline their processes and improve operational efficiency. The Service includes AI chatbots, integrations with third-party tools (such as Slack and Google Workspace), and related features available through suvi.ai.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

All subscription payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We follow a strict no-refund policy for all digital services. Please review it before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUVI PTE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR"). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
